The stuff was very amiable and incredibly polite and the place was clean. There where an iron and a hair dryer in the room, truly enjoyed that. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, close to transport, its a plus. The service was exceptional and the food was appetising.

Perfect hotel with everything clean throughout and a good and excellant location very close to Termini. The room was modern and spotless, the stuff was very pleasant. Great view and a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom.

I stayed 4 nights and would stay here again when visiting Italy. The hotel was fairly clean, everything was very good. The venue had excellent and absolutely perfect location just next door to Termini Station, and the main tourist attractions. In Ristorante Imperium you could have Indian meals. The hotel staff was amiable and extraordinarily friendly, not annoying.

It was a wonderful hotel in a lively area, very close to termini train station, all the main attractions and supermarkets. We had the twin/double room which was fairly quiet and tidy with bathroom.
